Thanksgiving~
As Grace & Berno puts it, the break is Big Daddy’s prezzie for me. Thankful for the space and time He has given, the chance to grow, and the unimaginable goodies that lie ahead.
Thankful for how He’s given a bit of fruit to the work of this unworthy laborer - it’s been nothing less than super encouraging to see the number of people signing up for the DM studies this season, the questions that people are asking about their faith,…
Thankful for the chance to make peace with those whom I’ve hurt.
Thankful for His frivolous satisfaction of all my food cravings..
Thankful for how He’s reminded me to see snowflakes and sparkling stars- His amazing handiwork in every creation & every life.
And thankful for everyone who has so so loved me- you who thoughtfully bought me a webcam, you who booked a ticket to visit me there even before i'm gone, you who came by to say good-bye...
Prayer~
Staying at home is definitely the harder option. Don think there is any better training ground for godliness than home. So for years I have buried that spirit that wants to break away- to soar with the wings i have grown, build a little life and space called my own, to enjoy new experiences that life brings without chains and baggage from my parents and loved ones… But I guess there is a time for everything and different ways we all need growing up. And this is His gracious provision for me to get a little taste of that :)
So pray that this journey will be taken holding tightly to Daddy’s hand, she’ll grow stronger in Him, be the wide-eyed wanderer at His work in another corner of His creation (if vision not blurred by the dust in the air, hahahah) and be knowing & loving Him deeper.

Need His love to fill my family, pray for Him to mend every broken heart, heal every open wound, right every wrong. Pray for His anchor to hold my darling sister firmly in Him through the storms. Pray with me. Look out for my sister for me k?
