A little late, but better late than never :) Leaving footprints of our travels..
Aloha! The islands beckon.
Turquois water and sparkling sand bask in the sun.
Palm trees dance to the movement of the breeze.
Oh Hawaii, you’re such a beauty.
Tranquility, is a gift once lost.
When the missiles came and ravaged your shores.
The light of the Pearl was dimmed
Hope was lost, for a little while it seemed.
Pele, goddess of fire and volcanoes.
Her fury brings forth destruction,
But leaves soils for prosperity.
The islands grow under her watch.
Mahalo, Hawaii for the memories.
There were lessons learnt,
And novelty explored.
We hope to be in your arms again someday.
